Malted Pretzel Crunch

A sweet-salty treat with a creamy malt twist — perfect as a snack or dessert topping!

  • Ingredients
  • 2 cups mini salted pretzels, lightly crushed
  • 1/3 cup Nura Super Instant Full Cream Milk Powder
  • 1/4 cup malted milk powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • Directions
  • Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine: Crushed pretzels, Nura milk powder, Malted milk powder, Brown sugar, Sea salt
  • Pour in melted butter and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until all the dry ingredients are well coated and clump slightly.
  • Spread mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and fragrant. It will crisp up as it cools.
  • Cool completely, then break into clusters.
