Milky Wonder Cake
Fluffy, eggless vanilla cake made with the creamy richness of Nura Super Instant Full Cream Milk Powder — perfect for tea time, dessert, or special occasions.
- Ingredients
Dry
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup Nura Super Instant Full Cream Milk Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- A pinch of salt
Wet
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- ½ cup neutral oil (e.g., sunflower or canola)
- ½ cup milk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a 7 or 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, Nura milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar and yogurt until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in oil and vanilla extract into the wet mixture.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Slowly pour in the milk and fold everything into a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into your cake pan and level the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely, then frost as desired.
Optional Mango Yogurt Frosting:
- ½ cup mango puree
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Mix and chill. Spread over cooled cake for a tropical finish.
